Shipping policy

Processing Time:

  • Orders are processed within 1-5 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).

Shipping Rates and Methods:

  • We ship using either Canada Post/ USPS, Purolator or UPS courier services.
  • Expedited shipping options are available if you email us: info@dickinsonmarine.com

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking:

  • Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier’s system.

Order Tracking:

  • You can track your order using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.

Shipping Delays:

  • Please note that shipping delays may occur with the courier due to unforeseen circumstances. Dickinson does not take responsibility for shipping delays beyond our control.

Shipping Charges:

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable except in cases where we have made an error in shipment.
  • Any additional customs duties or taxes for international shipments are the responsibility of the customer.
