Refund Policy

We accept returns for non-defective products.

Return Window You have 90 days from the date of delivery to return a non-defective item.

Product Condition To be eligible for a return, your item must be new, unused, and in its original packaging. We do not accept returns for used products.

How to Start a Return To start a return for a non-defective item, please email us at info@dickinsonmarine.com with your order number and reason for the return.

Defective Items & Warranty Defective items are not handled through our standard return policy. Instead, they are covered by our one-year warranty. If you have a defective item, please email warranty@dickinsonmarine.com with your proof of purchase and photos showing the issue.

Exchanges We accept exchanges. To exchange an item, you will need to return the original product and place a new order.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund. Please allow 1-2 weeks (7-14 days) for the refund to be processed.

Fees

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges and any applicable customs fees when returning items to our Canadian factory.

  • A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returned items.
